In order to enlarge the possibility of a greater number of drivers to experience the pleasure of these fantastic special stages, Tuscan Rewind opens, and in part on an experimental basis, to modern cars. A rally in the rally, reserved for invitation, which will be accepted, up to a maximum of 30, for World Rally Car up to 2003, Group A, Group N, all Kit Car, Super 2000 (atmospheric and 1.6 turbo) and Super 1600. Group R cars will be allowed only in case of failure to reach the maximum number of 30 cars among those regularly allowed. The competitors who might intend to sign up with these cars must notify their intention to the organizer no later than 21 April 2013.
Three categories of cars allowed at the start of Tuscan Rewind: "Tuscan Rewind Modern Cars and Expired Homologation", "Tuscan Rewind Historic Cars", "Autorally Tuscan Rewind Hard" (a parade for both historic and modern cars of course equal to the rally, always on two legs).
Among the "Historic Car Rally" can participate vehicles with CSAI passport (if Italian competitors) and HTP. In the race "Tuscan Rewind Modern Cars and Expired Homologation Cars” can participate in cars with CSAI passport (if Italian drivers) and homologation. Two stages provided, Saturday 11 and Sunday, May 12, for the 4th Tuscan Rewind 2013, with start and finish in Montalcino, which is the nerve and operational center of the race.
Increases the overall number of kilometers of special stage of the two legs, which reaches 72 km in total. The most important is the first leg on Saturday, May 11 that, for the first time, will debut in the Chianti area, between Castellina in Chianti, Radda in Chianti, Castelnuovo Berardenga, keeping the "fil-rouge" to go over special stages with "World Rally" flavor. Two special stages are in program, one of 7.87 km (which follows in part the mythical "Vagliagli") and the other of 5.02 km, to go three times, with the opening of a special stage near Montalcino.

The shakedown, another moment of great attraction, is in calendar Friday, May 10, and will be held in the vicinity of Castello Banfi.
