4th Tuscan Rewind is taking shape and opens entries

Moves to the beginning of May always expected Tuscan Rewind, the event for historic cars on wonderful "world" gravel stages around Siena, now in its fourth edition. February 11th open entries, which will close on May 6th. Organization by Motorproject with Vito Piarulli at the helm, in collaboration with REW Motorsport Event and Montalcino. Four categories allowed by the "Tuscan Rewind Modern Cars and Expired Homologation Cars", "Tuscan Rewind Historic Cars", "Autorally Tuscan Rewind Hard", "Autorally Tuscan Rewind Soft". Two legs in the program, 11 and 12 May with Montalcino heart of the race and the first portion which will include important new features.
Montalcino (Si). Back again in 2013, fourth edition, Tuscan Rewind, still young in years but already among the events dedicated to historic cars, on legendary special stages, those gravel roads around Siena, in Tuscany, that are still living in the vivid accounts of the rally world the golden years.
Vito Piarulli, with its Motorproject and in collaboration with REW Motorsport Event and Montalcino, wants to offer this year a three-day rally in the name of competition, friendship and revival, in the splendid Tuscany of Brunello di Montalcino. Not only that, because in the process of Tuscan Rewind 2013 there will be important news, which will involve other prestigious areas of the province of Siena.
Change the date of 4th Tuscan Rewind, which has been set for 11 and 12 May, in a particularly rich and fascinating natural season in these surrounding.
Entries will open on Monday, February 11th and will close on May 6th.
Four categories of cars allowed at the start of Tuscan Rewind: "Tuscan Rewind Modern Cars and Expired Homologation", "Tuscan Rewind Historic Cars", "Autorally Tuscan Rewind Hard" (a parade for both historic and modern cars of course equal to the rally, always on two legs), "Autorally Tuscan Rewind Soft" (a parade for both historic and modern cars on a shortened course, always on two legs). Now is in study the possibility of expanding the presence in Tuscan Rewind of other models of interest rallying car, event that will be announced just defined.
Among the "Historic Car Rally" can participate vehicles with CSAI passport (if Italian competitors) and HTP. In the race "Tuscan Rewind Modern Cars and Expired Homologation Cars” can participate in cars with CSAI passport (if Italian drivers) and homologation. All '"parade car" can participate in all kinds of sports cars without documents, provided that they are cars homologated for road use and insured, you do not need racing license, or amateur, but suffice it to the ACI member card, even for crews foreigners.
Two legs provided, Saturday May 11th and Sunday, May 12th, for the 4th Tuscan Rewind 2013, with start and finish in Montalcino yet, which is the nerve and operational center of the rally. In setting the route, with the first leg to be deeply revised, with the involvement of other prestigious areas of the province of Siena, while the second leg will have a track more in line with previous editions. Technical and sports scrutineering and shakedown, another moment not to be missed, is in calendar Friday, May 10. Winners among the historic cars in Tuscan Rewind 2012 were the German crew Stock-Stock on a Porsche 911 Safari.
